Welcome to Love's! Our indirect tax team is looking for an Indirect Tax Analyst II to manage tax compliance with expanded duties in reconciliations, audits, and tax research.
* This position is based onsite at our corporate office located in Oklahoma City, OK.*
- Independently prepare and file indirect tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct more complex reconciliations,identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond to state notices andassistin tax audits with minimal supervision.
- Research and interpret tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assistinmaintainingtax software configurations and updates.
- Provide input on process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Indirect Tax Analyst Iteam members.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2-4years ofrelatedexperience.
- Hard skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and tax software including Avalara, Vertex, SRA, and SAP
- Soft Skills:
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Requires prolonged sitting,some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to25pounds.
- Manual dexteritysufficienttooperatea computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision., bachelor's degree, environment, college graduate, undergraduate degree, recent college grad, recent college graduate
