Compensation: $80,000–$110,000+ based on experience and performance

Odyssey Financial Group is seeking an experienced, licensed Senior Client Service Associate to join our growing Private Wealth team.

This is a key position within our firm, supporting three financial advisors and working directly with our private wealth and individual clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and takes ownership of client needs from request through completion.

This is more than an administrative position. We are looking for someone who can manage client service needs, execute transactions, anticipate next steps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Serve as a primary service contact for private wealth clients.
• Manage client requests and action items from initiation through completion.
• Process distributions, contributions, transfers, rollovers, account openings, beneficiary changes, and other account transactions.
• Prepare and process client forms and required documentation.
• Coordinate with custodians, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding service requests, outstanding items, and next steps.
• Support three financial advisors with client-related needs and follow-up.
• Assist with preparation for client meetings and annual reviews.
• Participate in client meetings when appropriate and coordinate post‑meeting action items.
• Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and documentation.
• Proactively identify outstanding items, potential issues, and opportunities to improve the client experience.

• Active FINRA Series 6 license or higher required.
• Series 7 strongly preferred.
• Approximately 3–7+ years of financial services or wealth management experience.
• Experience supporting financial advisors and individual wealth management clients preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and forward‑thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, transactions, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Team‑oriented with a genuine commitment to excellent client service.

Experience with wealth management technology, CRM systems, financial planning software, or custodial platforms is beneficial but not required. We can teach our technology and processes to the right person.

Expected compensation is $80,000–$110,000+, consisting of base salary plus performance‑based bonus opportunities. Compensation will vary based on experience, licensing, and performance.
