ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with Bank tellers to resolve issues with work submitted
Research teller requests for deletes
Follow branch instructions
Time management - must close and send files by the specified time
Key and balance work received from the branches
Perform other job duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Problem solving
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of keying and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
