Compensation - In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job‑related factors.

We’relookingfora Risk Officer to lead and strengthen our enterprise risk management program. Reporting to the Chief Compliance, BSA and Risk Officer, this individual will identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks that may impact the Bank’s operations, financial performance, compliance posture, and reputation.
