Lennar is seeking a Senior Loan Processor to handle Conventional, FHA and VA loan processing. You will communicate with customers and gather income, assets, appraisal and title documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
The role requires at least 5 years of mortgage loan processing experience, knowledge of closing/title requirements, and experience with Encompass/Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
