Magnolia Bank is currently seeking applicants for a Pipeline Coordinator.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing pipeline after loan is approved.
- Working with borrower to gather any conditions needed.
- Working with processor to get the file clear to close.
- Keeping loan officers up to date on status of their files.
Candidates must also have knowledge in:
- Encompass and reading loan approvals.
- Knowledge of how to satisfy loan conditions.
- Other bank policies and procedures as they apply to loans.
- Organizing activities and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Quickly adapting to new procedures and processes as loan regulations change.
Thorough knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures, Microsoft Word, Excel, email software and a high school diploma or GED are required.
This position reports to the LPO manager and will be required to work remotely from an office set up by the individual that complies with bank system requirements and work environment. It may be necessary to attend meetings, appointments, etc. via telephone and or shared computer systems.
