Airway Transportation Systems Specialist; Service Delivery Specialist

Position is located within ATO, Technical Operations.

To qualify for this position at the FV-J (GS/FG-14) level, applicants must possess at least 52 weeks of Specialized Experience equivalent to the FV-I (GS/FG-13) level that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position that is typically in or related to work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to FG/GS-13 grade or FV-I pay band level for the FV-J pay band level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.

• Experience leading initiatives focused on improving the predictability and prioritization of National Airspace System (NAS) services.
• Managing service delivery processes in complex and regulated environments, such as aviation, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance with industry regulations.
• Developing and interpreting organizational policies.
• Effectively identifying, procuring, and distributing resources necessary for operations.
