City of Oklahoma City seeks a 911 Dispatcher Trainee in the Operations Division of the Police Department. The role involves taking calls, entering data into the CAD system, and coordinating dispatch for emergency and non-emergency responses.
Training will cover telecommunications equipment and procedures with supervision. Eligibility includes successful completion of tests and background checks; a process with Criti Call testing and a potential progression to Dispatcher I after probation.
