Position Details
Responsible for performing overnight sleep studies on pediatric and adult patients. Responsibilities include equipment setup, patient preparation, and subsequent overnight monitoring. Implementation of hospital and departmental safety, infection control, and quality assurance measures are required. Performs related duties as assigned.

CPR certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required, or complete a CPR course to acquire CPR certification from the AHA within probation period. Maintain AHA active CPR certification during employment. - Other:

Following completion of PSG Technician training checklist requirements, the PSG Tech must possess sufficient demonstrable technical knowledge and acquired competencies to work with intermittent supervision. Working Conditions, Mental and

Persons working in this position may be required to work alternate shifts (ex: night shifts for sleep studies, dayshifts for MSLTs, etc.). Equipment Used:
