Shift schedule to be discussed during interview.

• Provide residents with companionship—playing games, watching TV, etc.
• Remind residents to take medications and provide assistance with activities of daily living such as showers and dressing.
• Escort residents to appointments as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, use of telephone, laundry, escort, transportation, and mail delivery.
• Assist with casual cosmetic assistance—hair brushing, makeup, nail polish.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional/cognitive condition.
• Monitor for any environmental hazards and report any incidents, errors, accidents.
• Participate in staff meetings, in‑service education, projects, and committees as assigned.

• CNA preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in caregiving role preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Must be available after regular working hours and work weekends and holidays as necessary.
