Overview

Front Desk/ Scheduler needed for busy pain management physician in South OKC

• Monday through Friday, no weekends or major holidays
• Great benefits
• This role ensures smooth patient flow and timely coordination between patients, providers and clinic staff

• Greet patients and check patients in/out
• Schedule appointments
• Collect co-pays/balances
• Enter patient demographics
• Verify patients insurance
• Request medical records
• Chart prep, indexing medical records and other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a medical clinic preferred
• Must be highly organized
• Able to adapt to change and work under busy situations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must communicate effectively with the team and patients
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records software preferred
• High School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)
