Join Therapitas’ multidisciplinary team as a Pediatric Bilingual (Spanish‑English) SLPA in our outlet clinic located in the Walnut District, Oklahoma City. This full‑time position offers a rewarding opportunity for a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide high‑quality therapy services to Spanish‑speaking families across Oklahoma.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
  • Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
  • Document services with our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
  • Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
  • Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics with a passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
