Position: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CF, or SLPA)

Overview

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CF, or SLPA) – Outpatient Clinic
Oklahoma City, OK – Shepherd Clinic | Full-Time | Outpatient Pediatric Therapy

Therapitas is a leading pediatric outpatient clinic that provides high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic SLP to join our multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children. This role supports bilingual service provision and professional growth within a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
  • Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
  • Document services with an EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
  • Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
  • SLPA – Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
  • Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics; passion for helping children thrive.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs may receive a bonus.
