PRACTICE LEADER – HEALTHCARE ARCHITECTURE

GH2 Architects, LLC (GH2) is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and grow our Healthcare Practice. Our highly collaborative Healthcare Team is dedicated to creating healing environments and delivering achievable, client-focused solutions. We are passionate about designing spaces that add meaning and value to patients, families, and care providers.
This position is available at any of our office locations which include Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Phoenix.

• Lead and mentor the Healthcare Practice team, promoting design excellence and collaboration.
• Drive business development initiatives, leveraging existing industry relationships and building new ones.
• Oversee major healthcare projects from concept through completion.
• Partner with firm leadership to advance GH2’s strategic goals within the healthcare market.
• Ensure project quality and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited architecture program.
• Current license to practice architecture.
• 15+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in business development, with established industry relationships.
