• Design, develop, and execute clinical and population health analyses, metrics, and reports to improve health outcomes
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable
• Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Mentor colleagues across the enterprise in consultative and technical aspects of analytics
• Support advanced analysis of varied data in exploratory and research‑adjacent work

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or closely related field
• 5 years of experience in leading the design and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting
• 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
• 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• 3 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Public Health, or Economics
• Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
• Experience developing analytic applications or dashboards (e.g., RShiny, Tableau)
• Experience in refining and prioritizing analytic questions with stakeholders
