What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily hospice operations and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation
  • Drive census growth and community relationships
  • Lead interdisciplinary team performance and accountability
  • Maintain survey readiness at all times
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and operational strategy
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence and compassion
