Women’s Firstep is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and support women on their journey to recovery and independence.

At OKC Metro Alliance, we provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment where women can heal, grow, and build a new future. • Facilitate monthly case management meetings to ensure accountability and growth.
  • Provide support in navigating community resources, securing medications, and attending appointments.

  • Collaborate with staff in team meetings to advocate for residents and address concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports to track resident progress.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A bachelor’s degree is required (however relevant experience will be considered).
  • A compassionate and organized individual with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills to support clients in achieving independence.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and uphold the mission of Women’s Firstep.
  • Experience in case management, recovery programs, or social services is a plus.
Why Join Us?

At Women’s Firstep, you won’t just be working a job—you’ll be part of a mission. Every day, you’ll see the impact of your work as women regain control of their lives, find hope, and build a brighter future. Join our team and be part of something truly meaningful.
