The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group interventions, and provide crisis support.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate progress, and support families and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff training.
- Participate in on-call duties and coordinate follow-up care.
Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, minimum 2 years of relevant experience, and ability to work in Enid, OK.
