Echocardiography Technicians (Cardiac Sonographers) are a specific type of diagnostic medical sonographer specializing in heart imaging. Echo technicians use ultrasound devices and other imaging tools that use sound waves to create images of the heart, inspecting the chambers, walls, and valves.

Experience required: 2 years of experience.
