• Core responsibilities:
  
  Evaluate assigned patients, develop and implement treatment plans per physician direction.
• Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Perform other professional duties associated with patient care.
• Coordinate treatment programs with other clinical/therapeutic services and community resources.

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified CLS or completion within first 90 days of employment required.

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association preferred.
