Key Responsibilities
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for consumers, visitors, and staff, ensuring timely access to clinical services.
  • Conduct observed sample collections with sensitivity and adherence to agency procedures.
  • Handle enrollment processes efficiently and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with check‑ins, fee collection, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Keep supervisors informed and follow through on assigned tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two years of related experience. Peer Recovery Support Specialist credentials preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills required.
  • Must be able to perform various physical tasks and have excellent mobility.
  • CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications required or obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Adhere to all laws, professional standards, and ethical codes relevant to the role.

This position requires a male technician due to the nature of the job, which includes directly observed specimen collection. This requirement is necessary to ensure privacy and comfort for individuals undergoing the drug testing process, and it aligns with legal and regulatory standards.
