• ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• ✔️ Document services with our easy‑to‑use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• ✔️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.

• ✅ SLP – Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• ✅ SLPA – Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• ✅ Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• ✅ Already bilingual Spanish‑English speaking SLPs/SLPAs can receive a bonus!
