What You’ll Do:
  • ✔️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
  • ✔️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
  • ✔️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
  • ✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • ✔️ Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • ✅ SLPA — Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
  • ✅ Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics — Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
  • Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
