" Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry
" Bed Capacity: 16 Beds
" Charting System: Epic
" Floating: Yes, within scope and to sister facilities if required
" Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience
" Experience with:
Pacemakers
IV Insulin Protocols
Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)
" First-time travelers NOT accepted
" BLS
" ACLS
" NIHSS
" EKG Course / Telemetry Test
(All required prior to start date)
" Current Driver's License or State
" Utility bill (within last 3 months) matching address
" Address must be more than 75 miles from facility
" RTO: Maximum 5 days allowed
" Locals: Not accepted (must be outside 75-mile radius)
" Block Scheduling: Not available
