This hybrid role provides a meaningful blend of medically complex Acute Care patients and intentional one-to-one Outpatient sessions. You will work with a therapy team that has earned a reputation for reliability, clinical strength, and excellent outcomes. Leadership is hands‑on and approachable. They actively protect the department’s balanced culture, where therapists help each other, communicate directly, and maintain a healthy morale.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with PT and OT in a setting that values interdisciplinary collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) Preferred
- Active SLP Oklahoma License (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor or Master of Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience or interest in adult acute care preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
- A natural educator who explains concepts clearly and calmly
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and offer support
- Dependable, professional, and committed to ethical patient care
- Strong documentation habits and clinical reasoning
