Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.
The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (Rare Bird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (Cat Bird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas.
The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.
Hands on training opportunity for someone to learn various aspects of the hotel business, specifically in the conference planning or events area. This position is a “utility player” who may rotate throughout the Sales & Catering department and positions based upon business need, such as Meeting Concierge or an events Coordinator. College Seniors in the Omni Care Internship program are eligible to be in our Leader in Development program at the end of the internship based upon performance.

- Flexible in working various entry level service positions within the property.
- Position may rotate within the food and beverage and sales area
- Additional departments/roles may be added based on business needs.
- Attend to and anticipate guest’s needs.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars (“live” sessions for summer internship only).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal required
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
- Willingness to learn and take on different projects
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Must be able to walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean during daily business for extended periods of time.
- Currently enrolled in college courses
