Directs traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance and secures taxis/transportation for guests.;
Parks guest vehicles, retrieves them, and records valet ticket details with correct color coding.;
Assists guests with luggage and runs errands/deliveries; transports guests within a 5-mile radius.;
Provides gracious, professional guest service and maintains professional appearance/uniform standards.;
Addresses guest service issues and escalates to management; safety is always the top priority.
