Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center (OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.

The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), a specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), a coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (Rare Bird Gift Shop). Guests can also enjoy a Mokara Spa, a fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (Cat Bird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas.

The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space including a 20,000 square foot ballroom, a 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre‑function space that overlooks the park.

An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the team of this Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an engaging Summer Pool Door Attendant to be stationed near our pool. This team member will be responsible for monitoring and providing assistance to guests on the 3rd floor rooftop pool and Cat Bird Seat pool bar area.

As a member of our guest services team, this person will regulate entry into the pool and cabana area, ensure all rules and regulations from the pool are being followed, and guests have memorable experiences.

• Ensure pool guests are registered guests via hotel reservations, Resort Pass, or other hotel‑approved functions.
• Ensure counting guests at the Pool and Pool Bar is accurate and does not exceed maximum restrictions per local ordinances and fire codes.
• Check guests into the pool area, inform them of policies in place and reject any necessary objects and items from entering the pool area.
• Be courteous, tactful, and helpful, but firm in enforcing pool policies and procedures.
• Ensure the pool area is maintained, clean, and tidy by partnering with Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Security teams.
• Interact with other departments to ensure that guests' needs are satisfied.
• Speak with guests in a friendly, warm manner, making them feel welcome to the hotel and pool.
• Ensure maximum guest, associate, and hotel safety and security at all times.
• Accept other special duties as required by management.
• Work closely with Security and Front Desk, keeping them informed of significant observations or events.

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and walk or stand for an entire shift.
• Must be able to multi‑task and be comfortable in high‑stress environments while remaining professional and courteous.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with guests and fellow associates.
• At least 6 months' experience in a guest service‑related position, preferably in hotels or security.
• Able to become certified in basic CPR and First Aid – strongly preferred.
• Will work in various weather conditions: extreme heat, cold, rain, sun, etc.
• Must be comfortable in and around pools.
• Must live within 50 miles of the hotel.
