A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner as part of the hotel's effort to provide outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

As a Banquet Server, you will:

• Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
• Deliver and serve food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments
• Ensure menu knowledge
• Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc., from tables after the meal and deliver to the stewarding area
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
• Assist team members and other departments as needed to maintain positive working relationships
• Assist with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
