The Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverage to guests at banquet functions throughout the resort. They will also set tables with linens prior to functions according to the BEO (Banquet Event Order) specs. The Banquet Server will interact closely with all event attendees and provide friendly and efficient service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Know food preparation and service.
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
• Set up banquet rooms for functions (chairs, tables, linens, etc.).
• Solve unusual customer requests creatively.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, including cross training.

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience as a Banquet Server preferred.
• Good communication skills;
  Able to speak and understand English.
• Customer centric approach in dealing with the public and co-workers.
• Physically able to lift and carry trays & remove soiled items from tables.
