Work ScheduleVarious shifts:
Sunday – Saturday, including evenings and holidays as needed (up to 28 hours per week). This is a seasonal position, based on event needs; set hours are not guaranteed.

POSITION SUMMARYThirty Nine Enterprises, LLC is a subsidiary of First Americans Museum with the goal of driving First American Museum’s mission within food and beverage services. The Seasonal Banquet Bartender plays a key role in the operations of the 39 catering services. The Seasonal Banquet Bartender is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent impression of 39 Events & Catering by effectively waiting on guests, presenting themselves with a kind and welcoming demeanor, exercising high attention to detail and accuracy, being efficient and an excellent team player.
This role supports event execution through food and beverage service, room setup and breakdown, and adherence to hospitality standards. Banquet servers represent the organization during private events and must demonstrate professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail at all times.
- Provides outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Arrive on time and in full uniform, ready to work.
- Review banquet event order prior to event start.
- Assist with event set up including:
Table placement, chair alignment, linen placement, full silverware set up, water glasses and bread service set up - Prepare beverage stations, dessert stations or buffet stations as assigned
- Ensure service and bussing stations are stocked and organized
- Maintains server stations and to go stations, before, during and after shift to ensure proper set‑up and cleanliness.
- Work a variety of service styles: plated, buffet, reception/passed service, bar support (if assigned). Bar support must be over 21.
- All employees must have ABLE license and training completed, before start date.
- Event break down will include clearing all tables efficiently and quietly, break down any food and beverage stations, transport linens, assist with trash removal, ensure space is returned to original condition.
- All staff will leave together and finish together. This is a team environment and we all work together.
- Service fee will be broken down according to hours worked during the event. Service fees will be given to you on your paycheck; all cash tips must be reported to the Events Manager, no exceptions. Not reporting tips will be grounds for termination.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1‑2 years of experience as a server
- 2‑3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to move tables and chairs as required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Compliance with all food safety, alcohol, and sanitation standards.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
SUPERVISION The Seasonal Banquet Bartender reports to the Event Manager with support of the banquet captain
