Follow up on all service details for Bartenders;
Maintain work areas clean and organized;
Maintain cleanliness of bar area by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, removing soiled glassware and emptying trash;
Report all unsafe conditions immediately;
Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer
