Key Skills / Responsibilities- Nighttime Welcome Wagon:
Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night inquiries. - Master of Midnight Math:
Own the Night Audit. Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate. - Guardian of the Glow‑Up:
Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and provide a calm presence for guests. - The Nightly Newsroom:
Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management of overnight activities. - Teamwork After Twilight:
Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch. - Tech‑Savvy Problem Solver:
Demonstrate proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; solve problems independently.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
