Greet guests warmly during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and assist with check-ins and reservations;
Balance nightly transactions and finalize daily financials accurately;
Conduct regular security walks and maintain a safe hotel environment;
Generate Daily Flash Report and other management reports for the overnight period;
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless overnight operations
