About This OpportunityWe're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced event coordinators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for event coordinators with 4+ years in real estate transactions, hospitality operations, or event production to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, event run-of-show schedules, venue sourcing proposals, guest experience service standards, and banquet event orders.
Compensation$70/hour
CommitmentFlexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
LocationFully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications- Direct experience producing property listing packages, lease abstract summaries, or venue sourcing proposals for a real estate, hospitality, or events organization
- Hands-on command of event run-of-show scheduling, banquet event orders, and the guest experience service standards that define premium hospitality
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
