Overview

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter to support immediate, high-volume hiring at a manufacturing facility just outside of Oklahoma City, OK. This is a critical, hands-on role for a Contract Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to move hiring forward without heavy oversight. This Contract Recruiter role is onsite, visible and highly operational. You’ll own requisitions, drive sourcing creatively and keep hiring managers aligned in a challenging labor market where speed matters.

• Own and drive high-volume hourly recruiting for production and sanitation roles
• Manage 50+ open requisitions across the warehouse and production
• Partner daily with hiring managers and onsite leadership to move candidates quickly
• Coordinate open interview days, hiring events and onsite interviews
• Build creative sourcing strategies: community outreach, onsite signage, social media and local advertising
• Deliver a strong, efficient candidate experience

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in high-volume environments
• Backgrounds in manufacturing, healthcare, call centers or distribution welcome
• Comfortable working fully onsite and being highly visible
• Ability to operate independently with minimal training
• Creative sourcing mindset
• ATS experience preferred (Paycom a plus)
