HR Coordinator

** Summary of This Role
** The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient processes, high‑quality service delivery, and a positive employee experience. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate full‑cycle onboarding activities, including pre-employment, orientation, system access, and ensuring a smooth new‑hire experience.  Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (or equivalent combination).  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.  Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Workday is preferred.
