SummaryOf This Role
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient processes, high‑quality service delivery, and a positive employee experience. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
What You’ll Do- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate full‑cycle onboarding activities, including pre‑employment, orientation, system access, and ensuring a smooth new‑hire experience.
- Assist with recruitment efforts by maintaining job descriptions, and assisting with offer letters.
- Process HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, job changes, and organizational updates in HR systems.
- Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, providing timely and accurate support. Specifically, questions around HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Support HR leadership with project coordination, process improvements, and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role (or equivalent combination).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Workday is preferred.
