Overview

Human Resources Specialist/Generalist

Location:
Oklahoma City | Full-Time | On Site

Are you passionate about supporting employees, improving workplace processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, classification, compensation, and benefits administration.

What You’ll Do

Process personnel actions and maintain accurate HR records

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, leave programs, and benefits
  • Assist with job classifications and compensation analysis
  • Support employee relations and workplace compliance initiatives
  • Help Coordinate recruitment efforts (post jobs, send resumes to supervisors)
What We’re Looking For

For HR Specialist I:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field OR
  • 4 years of HR-related experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

For HR Specialist II:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 1 year of professional HR experience OR
  • Master’s degree in a related field OR
  • Equivalent combination of advanced HR experience and education
