Job Title

Specific Skills- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct intake/strategy meetings and provide regular hiring updates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates (phone, virtual, in-person)
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent
- Develop and negotiate competitive job offers
- Maintain compliance within Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support recruitment events such as job fairs and campus outreach
- Collaborate with staffing agencies and external search firms when needed
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (required within 12 months if not currently certified – ANY ONE)
