Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a high-priority Contract Recruiter to support rapid hiring efforts within a call center environment. This role is essential to helping the organization scale quickly and improve hiring consistency.

The Contract Recruiter will focus on high-volume recruiting to support large-scale call center hiring needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to screen and qualify candidates
• Utilize a structured script to guide candidate conversations and ensure consistent messaging
• Evaluate candidate responses and determine next steps in the hiring process
• Coordinate and assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation
• Support efforts to improve attendance and retention through thorough screening practices

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls throughout the workday
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow a structured interview format
• Self-motivated and able to meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
