Vets for Pets is seeking a Regional People Partner to drive the People Strategy across Northern Ireland, Scotland, North Wales and parts of England. You will travel 2-3 days per week, partnering with Regional Directors, Practice Owners and the People Team to support high-performing practices in a supportive JV model.
You will lead on engagement, talent development, succession planning and leadership capability, using data to identify priorities and steer regional people plans.
