We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive On-Site Human Resources/Office Manager to support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of our facility. This position will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership while ensuring HR processes, employee records, scheduling updates, and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and timely.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, maintain confidentiality, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and communicate effectively with employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including completion of required paperwork and HR documentation.
  • Process and coordinate employee offboarding, including termination documentation and return of company property.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records.
  • Assist employees and managers with routine HR questions and requests.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and company updates to employees.
  • Ensure required employee documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation and other HR projects as needed.
Scheduling & Employee Administration
  • Update employee schedules and maintain accurate scheduling information.
  • Assist with schedule changes, staffing updates, and other employee-related administrative needs.
  • Ensure employee information and status changes are accurately reflected in the appropriate systems.
  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll-related administrative tasks as needed.
Billing & Census Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining accurate census information.
  • Complete and submit billing census information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify employee/resident/client information as needed to support billing and administrative processes.
  • Assist leadership with resolving discrepancies related to census or billing information.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Prepare and make deposits of company money and checks in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and records related to deposits.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support facility operations.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by leadership or the HR Department.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, office administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, or facility-based environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS, scheduling, and Microsoft Office systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
