LHH is partnering with a growing client who is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR function and partner with leadership on organizational growth, employee engagement, and workforce strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Mentor and lead the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong experience with acquisitions/mergers.
