Front End Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Web Development Leadership:
  Drive the creation and evolution of web-based solutions that support marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with current technology trends and divisional goals. This includes applying modern front-end practices and responsive design principles to deliver accessible, high-performing digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Serve as a technical liaison between the Marketing department, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective digital project execution, this includes translating business needs into technical requirements while coordinating across teams to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Technology Implementation & Troubleshooting:
  Manage deployment and support of internal web technologies, including troubleshooting in .NET and Azure environments. This includes managing Service Now requests supporting the transition to Azure cloud infrastructure and integrating tools with third-party applications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5–7 years of professional experience in front-end web development
• Strong experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of SEO, web performance optimization, and Google Analytics
• Skilled in Adobe XD or similar design tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in evaluating technology vendors and their deliverables
• Solid understanding of the insurance industry and e-commerce landscape
• Creative thinker with a track record of innovative marketing and tech solutions
• Must be able to come into the office
