Overview
The AI Process Analyst is a member of the AI team and works closely with business units and technology staff to document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. This role builds a foundation for generative AI solutions by ensuring processes are clearly defined and optimized. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented and tech-savvy. This person enjoys mapping workflows and thinking critically about how emerging technologies can improve the way we work.
In addition to documenting processes, the role includes evaluating where generative AI and automation can add value and helping shape practical solutions.
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand and document current workflows
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and standardized documentation using Microsoft Visio
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Evaluate where automation or generative AI could enhance business operations and propose conceptual solutions
- Assist in gathering requirements for automation and AI initiatives
- Learn and apply generative AI tools and automation technologies through cross-training opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Economics, MIS, Business, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant US-based experience
- Strong skills in process mapping and documentation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong technical aptitude with a strong interest in emerging technologies and generative AI
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience with automation workflow tools such as UiPath, Make, or n8n
- Advanced use of generative AI tools such as creating custom GPTs or agents in ChatGPT
- Prompt engineering experience or ability to optimize AI outputs for business use cases
- Familiarity with requirements gathering for technology projects
- Exposure to automation concepts such as RPA or API-based integrations
This position is on-site located in Oklahoma City and requires residency within the area to be considered.
