Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Imaging Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Organize and catalog documents in various formats
• Utilize scanning software to scan documents and images into Windows Explorer
• Ensure quality and consistency in data indexing
• Retrieve imaged information for operational needs
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Follow oral and written instructions accurately

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• General knowledge of computers and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience operating scanning equipment
• Proven ability to modify and maintain data indexes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous scanning experience
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to perform minor equipment adjustments
• 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
