The Technical Product Support Specialist is responsible for in-depth demonstrations, training, and operational support for technical solutions related to site positioning systems. This position also provides professional services solutions for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintain Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of UAV & Photogrammetry applications.
  • Develop strong communication skills with end users, internal and external sales resources, and internal support teams.
  • Support and develop skills in the assigned technologies.
  • Train internal personnel and end user customers on these technologies.
  • Deliver training and education for Total Station & UTS.
  • Assist with operating Trimble machine control on various infrastructure.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Manage customer relationships, prospecting, and lead development to support sales and satisfaction.
  • Develop quotations and present configurations/proposals to customers.

    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technology field.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret technical and business information.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and basic math skills including algebra and geometry.
