Job Details Responsibilities- Document business requirements for ERP and related systems.
- Create comprehensive functional designs for the new ERP system.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and documenting new business processes that align with ERP capabilities.
- Ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
- Work with the team to define test scenarios and cases for system validation.
- Test software as part of project requirements.
- Monitor the new system to ensure it performs as expected.
- Collaborate with business units to enhance and optimize business processes and ERP systems after each implementation.
- Provide support to end-users during and after implementation, acting as a liaison between users and ERP vendors.
- Bachelor's degree or related business analyst certification, with at least 3 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of gathering requirements for ERP and related systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, diagramming workflows, documenting processes, and creating training materials.
- Ability to empathize with business operations and understand their technical system requirements.
- General understanding of how operating systems and business processes relate and interact.
- Capable of effectively creating and presenting information to internal and external groups in various formats, including design documents and presentations.
