Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are an independent, nonprofit biomedical research institute that employs over 450 staff members and operates more than 50 laboratories.

We are a leading biomedical research institute dedicated to understanding and developing treatments for various diseases, including cancer, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, and diseases of aging.

• Document business requirements for ERP and related systems.
• Create comprehensive functional designs for the new ERP system.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and documenting new business processes that align with ERP capabilities.
• Ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
• Work with the team to define test scenarios and cases for system validation.
• Test software as part of project requirements.
• Monitor the new system to ensure it performs as expected.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance and optimize business processes and ERP systems after each implementation.
• Provide support to end-users during and after implementation, acting as a liaison between users and ERP vendors.

• Bachelor's degree or related business analyst certification, with at least 3 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of gathering requirements for ERP and related systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, diagramming workflows, documenting processes, and creating training materials.
• Ability to empathize with business operations and understand their technical system requirements.
• General understanding of how operating systems and business processes relate and interact.
• Capable of effectively creating and presenting information to internal and external groups in various formats, including design documents and presentations.
