Infrastructure Systems Analyst

This role supports enterprise infrastructure and end user computing environments across a large, multi-site organization. You will work closely with IT teams and business partners to design, implement, and support systems that people rely on every day.

This is a broad, hands-on infrastructure role for someone who likes variety, ownership, and solving problems across multiple technology domains.

• Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate, implement, and support infrastructure and end user technologies
• Support environments across compute, storage, networking, collaboration, and voice
• Install and maintain system upgrades, patches, and new software releases
• Perform system configuration, tuning, and ongoing operational support
• Provide administration and technical support across servers, networks, storage, operating systems, and enterprise platforms
• Participate in infrastructure projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies

• Designing and supporting large, heterogeneous environments including:
  • Windows Server
  • Linux
  • IBM Z or mainframe environments
• Experience supporting enterprise networks across multi-site, multi-domain environments
• Strong experience with collaboration and workflow platforms such as SharePoint and On Base
• Familiarity with SDLC and structured project delivery methodologies
• Understanding of contact center supporting systems is a plus
• Experience with Knowledge Centered Support practices is a plus

• 4+ years of relevant infrastructure or systems administration experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to consult and partner with stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong documentation habits
• Comfortable learning and applying new technologies as environments evolve
• Experience with in Azure Cloud

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Certifications are a plus but not required, including:
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop certifications
  • SharePoint or OnBase certifications
  • VMware certifications
  • Cisco networking fundamentals
  • Audio and video or collaboration platform certifications

Salary: 80,000 with bonus scructure
